Engineering Consolidated was established in the year 1966 as proprietary concern by Mr. A.S.Alemao. Mr. Alemao, himself is a technocrat having worked with M/s. Larsen & Tourbo with 4 years’ of training as apprentice trainee in various departments. Since March 1995, the company has been converted into a partnership firm. The partners Mr. Alton Alemao commerce graduate and has a management background & Mrs. Simona Alemao also a graduate.
The company has executed contracts both at the international as well as national level. At the international level, we were sub-contractors of M/s Blue star Ltd. for their projects in Saudi Arabia & Iraq. At the national level, we were sub-contractors for M/s Voltas, Blue Star, Kirloskar, Thermax etc. and as direct contractor to projects of World Trade Centre, Jaslok Hospital, Western Railway at Mahalaxmi etc. We have directly executed work contracts for various projects of BARC at Trombay, Tarapur Atomic Power Station of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Nuclear Fuel Complex at Hyderabad, Reactor Research Centre at Kalpakkam,Tamil Nadu, BARCF at Kalpakkam etc.
Company have core technical competence and specialization for design, supply, fabrication, Installation, testing and commissioning of Central Air conditioning & Ventilation system, Industrial piping (chemical, gas, steam, heavy water, compressed air) carbon steel as well as stainless steel, as non ferrous material. Equipment, Fabrication & Installation of tank, pressure vessels as associated unit, electrical, instrumentation & controls.
Company possesses its own tools plant & machinery needed for execution of works such as lifting, welding machines, grinding machines and associated equipment as detailed in Plant machinery list attached.
Further the company has on its roll skilled and semi skilled manpower in various trades and is in position to mobilize men/materials resources at short notice to meet the challenging assignments and committed schedule.
